MLB Same Game Parlay Picks, Odds & Predictions – Wednesday, August 7
August 6, 2024Big 10 Title Odds and Picks
August 7, 2024The winning continued last week as we had Scottie Scheffler taking gold in the Olympics at odds of nearly 4-1 and it was two weeks ago that we had Jhonattan Vegas winning the 3M Open at odds of 45-1. We’ll try and continue the winning with this week’s Wyndham Championship. This will be the final week of the FedExCup regular season with players on the bubble looking to get into the top 70 in the FedExCup standings and make it into next week’s playoffs. A total of 40 of the top 70 in the FedExCup standings will be in the field this week, but none of the top players. The spotlight will be on Brendon Todd who currently sits at No. 70, Victor Perez, who won bronze at the Olympics at No. 71 and Davis Riley at No. 72. SungJae Im is listed as the favorite this week at Caesars at odds of +1400. He is just ahead of Shane Lowry who is listed aet +1800 and then it is Billy Horschel and Si Woo Kim at +2500. Let’s look at Wyndham Championship odds and picks.
Reduced juice betting is one of the best ways for any sports bettor to save money and far too many people don’t take advantage of it. If you are not playing at a sportsbook that offers reduced juice betting then you are simply giving away money. Check out the latest Wyndham Championship odds at Caesars.

Favorite
Sunjae Im +1400
The favorite in golf betting won last week and for one of the rare times, I backed a favorite, as it was Scottie Scheffler winning gold at the Olympics. Scheffler has been the only favorite worth backing in golf betting this season. Im is getting a lot of respect from the oddsmakers, but he is not Scheffler and that means I am not backing Im as the favorite.
Golf Picks
Aaron Rai +3300
I know that Rai has not played well at the Wyndham in the past, but Rai is playing really well this season. He continues to rack up top 10 finishes and the field this week is not nearly as strong as what he has been facing recently. He ranks highly in putting and if he gets hot this week, I think he can win.
Kurt Kitayama +6000
There is no question that the pressure is on Kitayama this week, as he is 73rd in the FedExCup standings. He is coming off a 6th place finish at the 3M Open. He has played well on Bermudagrass greens in the past and this is a good spot for him.
Denny McCarthy +7000
I am shocked the odds on McCarthy are this high. The field this week is not strong and McCarthy has been playing well this season. This is the perfect spot for him to get his first win. He is one of the best putters on the PGA Tour, as he ranks 3rd in shots gained putting. The Wyndham has given a number of players their first PGA Tour win and it could be McCarthy this week.
Matt Kuchar +9000
Did you know that Kuchar is the only player to make the FedExCup Playoffs every year since 2007? If he is to keep that streak alive, he needs to win this week, as he is currently 111th in the FedExCup standings. He is coming off a third-place finish at the 3M Open and it is worth noting that four of his nine PGA Tour wins have been on Bermudagrass greens.
J.J. Spaun +10000
Another player who does well on Bermudagrass greens is Spaun who won the 2022 Valero Open on Bermudagrass greens. He has been playing better of late with a pair of top 10 finishes. He is capable of contending this week and we get big golf betting odds.
C.T. Pan +10000
Pan is trying to get into the Top 70, as he currently sits in 88th spot in the FedExCup standings. He is playing well with a 2nd at the John Deere and a top 20 at the Olympics. He is capable of playing at a high level and I expect a good week from him.
Patrick Fishburn +10000
I will throw another bomb in here and go with Fishburn who ranks 4th on the PGA Tour in GIR. Hitting greens is what it is all about this week at the Wyndham and Fishburn does it really well.
Matt NeSmith +22500
Did you know that NeSmith is coming off a 2nd place finish at the ISCO and a 9th at the 3M Open? NeSmith is usually all or nothing, and that is just fine if you are taking a player to win. He does well on shorter courses that demand accuracy and that is the case this week.Check out the latest Wyndham Championship odds at Caesars.
