Luzardo has only given up 7 ER in his last seven starts. Because of it, he’s entered the NL Cy Young Award discussion as I suggested before the season even started. Cincy has made a living destroying 4-seam fastballs with Matt McLain one of a handful of Reds’ bats that’ve clobbered the pitch per Baseball Savant. The visitors should hang a crooked number in this one! But will it be enough? Ashcraft is issuing a tick fewer than four walks per game, and the Dodgers are the last team you want to hand baserunners over to as potent Mookie Betts and co. have been versus RHP in averaging a league-best 6.0 runs per game. His ERA also swells to 8.71 in day games as opposed to 3.43 under the lights. I think this series is dominated by both offenses throughout and will bank on the sticks showing up for Sunday’s matinee as well.

Texas Rangers vs. San Diego Padres
