July 24, 2024MLB Same Game Parlay Picks, Odds & Predictions – Friday, July 26
July 24, 2024The PGA Tour has the 3M Open this week in Minnesota, but after last week’s Open Championship there is definitely a letdown, as almost none of the world’s top players are in the field. I slowed down a bit with the matchups last week, as I went 2-3 with the Open Championship matchups. I am still 17-6-2 with the last 25 matchups. Tony Finau is listed as the favorite to win this week’s 3M Open at golf betting odds of +1000 with Sam Burns next at +1800. They are the only two players listed with odds of less than +2000. Let’s look at 3M Open matchup picks.
Reduced juice betting is one of the best ways for any sports bettor to save money and far too many people don’t take advantage of it. If you are not playing at a sportsbook that offers reduced juice betting then you are simply giving away money. Check out the latest 3M Open matchup odds at Caesars.
Defending Champion: Lee Hodges
Tournament Notes: TPC Twin Cities is an easy course that measures 7,431 yards. Perhaps the wind will kick up on the weekend to provide a little bit of a challenge, but the scores will still be good. Lee Hodges had a great tournament last year when he blitzed the field, winning by seven shots.

Golf Matchup Picks
Erik van Rooyen -120 vs. Patrick Rodgers
One of the players I looked at in the odds preview is van Rooyen. He went to the University of Minnesota which is 20 miles away from where the 3M Open is played. I expect van Rooyen to contend this week and I wanted to take him in a golf betting matchup, so I will take him in this matchup against Rodgers.
Cam Davis -115 vs. Emiliano Grillo
Davis won in Detroit at the Rocket Mortgage Classic and he has played well in Minnesota with three top 10 finishes. I expect him to play well this week and we get a short price in this matchup. Grillo is simply not playing well, as he has not had a top 25 finish in more than four months. Maybe he turns it around in Minnesota, but I still like Davis in this golf matchup.
Mac Meissner -135 vs. Patrick Rodgers
Meissner played really well last week at the Barracuda Championship and eventually finished fourth. He has three straight top 20 finishes. I think his momentum will continue this week, so I will lay the price and take him in this golf betting matchup against Rodgers.
Rico Hoey -115 vs. Max Greyserman
Hoey is one of the top rookies this year on the PGA Tour. He is really playing well of late with a tie for 6th, a tie for 26th, a 2nd place finish and a tie for 8th. He ranks tied for 2nd in par-5 scoring. Greyserman is also playing well, but I think Hoey still has better overall numbers and should finish better. I’ll go with Hoey in this golf matchup.
Sam Stevens -110 vs. Mackenzie Hughes
Stevens has had a good season and he tied for 10th in his first try at TPC Twin Cities last year. Hughes played pretty well last week at the Open Championship but he still doesn’t have great numbers and I think he will struggle on this course that rewards strong off-the-tee play. I will take Stevens in this golf matchup.
