September 24, 2024Dallas Cowboys vs. NY Giants Same Game Parlay Picks, Odds & Predictions Recap
Last week, the Dallas Cowboys defeated the New York Giants 20-15. Thus, we pushed our NFL Football Lines parlay with the Giants +5 and the game under the total of 45 to remain undefeated so far this season. We liked the Giants’ chances with the NFL Vegas lines based on New York QB Daniel Jones coming off a good performance and winning on the road against the Cleveland Browns. But Dallas QB Dak Prescott had the better night with two TD passes in no picks compared to Jones with an interception and no TD passes despite passing for 281 yards compared to 221 by Prescott.

The two-game NFL picks and Parlay losing streak were over, and those who had been criticizing Dallas and coach Mike McCarthy and predicting a disappointing season had been quieted for one night. The Cowboys were back to being the Cowboys—a good offense and a solid defense.
Dak Prescott threw one of his two touchdown passes to CeeDee Lamb, and the Cowboys beat the Giants for the seventh straight time and 14th in 15 games. At least for a moment, head coach Mike McCarthy can sit on a cooler NFL football betting picks seat.
Prescott hit running back Rico Dowdle on a 15-yard screen pass for a touchdown to put Dallas ahead in the first quarter. He then found Lamb for a 55-yard catch-and-run TD on a play that ended with the receiver being called for taunting.
“I lost my first two games to them,” said Prescott, who has won his last 13 starts against New York. “It could have been a remarkable rookie year had that not happened. It’s a good matchup for us. The offensive line always sets the tone. I love playing here in New York. Cowboy fans travel well.”
Meanwhile, Jones is back as a point of Free NFL picks derision.

Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants Same Game Parlay
Trouble has arrived fast for the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants. At the onset of the season, both teams are 1-2 and struggling with the NFL Football Lines. Two years ago, Giants head coach Brian Daboll was a coaching hero for taking the Giants to a playoff win. His quarterback, Daniel Jones, was considered to have finally arrived. Since that epic 2022 season, the Giants, Daboll, and Jones have fallen. Meanwhile, the Cowboys continue to get all the hype but inadequate results. Owner Jerry Jones has been rendered useless in his final push for a Super Bowl.
Let’s take a look at this week’s same-game NFL parlay for Thursday night!

NFL Picks and Parlays – Dallas Cowboys Overview
Last game, the Dallas Cowboys lost 28-25 against the Baltimore Ravens as 1-point home dos. The game went over the total of 47.5. Dallas has a record of 1-2 straight up, 1-2 against the spread, and 3-0 over/under the NFL football betting picks total. Dallas ranks 9th for total offense, 1st for passing, 29th for rushing, and 5th for scoring. Defensively, they rank 29th overall, 14th against the pass, 32nd against the rush, and 30th for points allowed. Also, Dallas ranks 11th for fewest turnovers lost and 6th for takeaways.
The Ravens scored touchdowns on their first two drives and led 28-6. Of major concern is that the Cowboys have allowed 120 points in their past three home games. Including a 48-32 wild-card loss to Green Bay in January that ended Dallas’ 16-game winning streak at AT&T Stadium.
In the same manner as last week’s 44-19 loss to New Orleans, the Cowboys needed more than field goals because of their porous defense. Finally, the touchdowns eventually came for Dallas. They were just a little late.
Prescott scored on a 1-yard quarterback sneak midway through the fourth. Next, CJ Griffin recovered the onside kick. And then Jalen Tolbert had a 15-yard TD catch to make it 28-18.
The late Dallas surge put Prescott at 28 of 51 for 379 yards and two touchdowns. However, Dallas didn’t have any help from an anemic running game. Dallas averaged 3.2 yards per carry.

New York Giants Overview
Last game, the New York Giants won 21-15 against the Cleveland Browns as 6.5-point road dogs. The game went under the total of 38. New York has a record of 1-2 straight up, 1-2 against the spread, and 0-3 over/under the total. New York ranks 22nd for total offense, 19th for passing, 19th for rushing, and 29th for scoring. Defensively, they rank 15th overall, 13th against the pass, 23rd against the rush, and 20th for points allowed. Also, New York ranks 25th for fewest turnovers lost and 22nd for takeaways.
Malik Nabers caught two touchdown passes from Daniel Jones. And he made a sensational grab over a defender down the sideline. Also, he broke up a potential interception as New York held off the Cleveland Browns. Jones and Nabers connected twice in the first half as the Giants built a 21-7 lead before holding on for dear life. Jones completed 24 of 34 passes for 236 yards as New York shook off a loss at Washington that prompted a week of criticism.
Certainly, the Giants were hardly perfect. They fumbled the opening kickoff and fell behind 7-0 in the first 11 seconds. Newly signed kicker Greg Joseph missed a 48-yard field goal that could have helped ice the game.
Bet on NFL Games – Thursday Night Same Game Parlay
On this occasion, the Giants have the NFL betting odds momentum and are in better current form. Dallas is a mess and coach Mike McCarthy could soon see Bill Belichick standing behind him when he turns around. Daniel Jones should light up the Dallas defense.
