Live Dealer Roulette Guide and Overview

October 12, 2023Bryson DeChambeau is listed as the favorite to win this week’s LIV Golf Jeddah event in Saudi Arabia. It is the last individual event of the LIV season and depending upon what happens with the tour next year, it might be the last LIV individual event period. The team event in Miami will close out the LIV season next week. Three players are still alive to win the individual title. They are Cameron Smith, who leads the standings by eight points over Talor Gooch, and DeChambeau, who is 24 points back. DeChambeau is listed as the betting favorite this week at odds of +800 at Caesars. Cameron Smith is the second choice at odds of +1000, Dustin Johnson is listed at +1200, while Talor Gooch is +1400. I am coming off a win in the last LIV Golf event, as I had DeChambeau winning in Chicago. Let’s look at LIV Golf Jeddah picks.
Venue: Royal Greens Golf and Country Club is the site for this event. It is a par 70 that measures just over 7,000 yards.
Notes: The team standings have 4Aces GC in first place and they already have clinched a bye for next week. Crushers GC is 10 points back, while Torque GC is 17 points behind. Stinger GC and RangeGoats GC also have a chance to get a bye for next week.
Last Year: Brooks Koepka won last year’s event but it was not easy, as he had to go three playoff holes to defeat Peter Uihlein.

Favorite
Bryson DeChambeau +800
There are not many instances where I take a golf betting favorite, as they are simply not profitable in the long run. I know that DeChambeau comes in playing really well, as he has won two of the last three events and I had him in Chicago, but I can’t take him as the betting favorite.
Value Picks
Dustin Johnson +1200
We know that Johnson has a lot of experience on this course, as he won the Saudi International in 2019 and 2021. He also finished in the top five in this event a year ago. He comes in playing well and there is no reason he can’t contend for the win this week and we do get double-digit golf betting odds.
Abraham Ancer +1500
I was hoping for odds of more than 20-1 on Ancer but that didn’t happen. He comes in playing the best he has all season, including an 8th in Chicago. He won the Saudi International in February on this course and he finished in the Top 10 in this event a year ago. I’ll take Ancer to be a factor this week and have a shot at the win.
Joaquin Niemann +1800
Niemann has played well at Royal Greens in the past, as he finished in the Top 10 at the Saudi International in February and last year he was just one shot out of the playoffs. I think Niemann will be in the mix for the win this week.
Anirban Lahiri +2000
You have to like the way that Lahiri is playing right now, as he finished highly in Chicago and at Bedminster. He finished in the Top 10 in this event a year ago and he tied for 12th in February at the Saudi Invitational. I give him a chance to be in the mix this week.
Mito Pereira +2000
Pereira has been one of the top players in terms of statistics on the LIV Tour this season and he leads the tour in GIR. He also ranks in the Top 10 in driving distance and accuracy. I think he can contend this week.
Peter Uihlein +4500
I’ll throw in one longshot and go with Uihlein who nearly won this event a year ago. He is coming off a fifth-place finish in Chicago, so he comes in playing well. I think he can contend for the win this week and we get him at odds of 45-1.
