The LIV Golf Tour goes from Australia to Singapore this week for the LIV Golf Singapore. It was yet another longshot winner last week when Brendan Steele hit at huge odds. This will be the seventh event of the LIV Golf season and Jon Rahm has been favored in each tournament. Rahm has yet to win on the LIV Tour but he has played well, finishing in the Top 10 in each event. He is listed at odds of +550 at Caesars. The only other golfer listed at single-digit odds is Joaquin Niemann at +800. A number of players are listed with odds of less than +2000. Bryson DeChambeau is listed at +1000, Cameron Smith at +1200, Louis Oosthuizen and Tyrrell Hatton at +1400, Talor Gooch at +1500, Brooks Koepka at +1600 and Sergio Garcia at +1800. Venue: Sentosa Golf Club is a par 71 that measures 7,406 yards. The course features large bunkers and a four-hole stretch nicknamed the Dragon’s Tail. Holes 4-7 feature lakes, tough bunkers and small landing areas.
Last Year: Talor Gooch won this event a year ago, beating Sergio Garcia in a playoff. Brooks Koepka finished a shot back in third.

Jon Rahm +550
We say it every week, that golf betting favorites on both the PGA Tour and LIV Tour lose on a regular basis except for Scottie Scheffler. Rahm has been favored in every LIV event this season and has yet to win. Maybe this is the week he will finally win, but you simply can’t bet on him at these odds and as the favorite.
Golf Picks
Tyrrell Hatton +1400
Hatton played well in Adelaide last week, especially in the final round. He is one of the top scramblers on the LIV Golf Tour and he is tied for 6th in putting average. I expect him to be in contention this week to win his first LIV Golf title.
Talor Gooch +1500
I am a little surprised the odds on Gooch are this high. He is the defending champion and he has three top 10 finishes this season. He is one of the most accurate drivers on the LIV Tour and we know that accuracy will be very important this week with plenty of trees, bunkers and water.
Sergio Garcia +1800
Is this the week for Sergio? He lost in a playoff last year to Gooch. He actually won the Singapore Open in 2018. He definitely likes playing on this course and he is one of the better long iron players on the Tour. We know he can play this course well and I expect him to contend again this week.
Paul Casey +3300
Paul Casey is getting close to a win. He has finishes of a tie for 2nd and a tie for 5th plus he was sixth at the Singapore Classic on the DP World Tour. He is a very good long irons player and long iron play is key this week. It has been three years since Casey won, but this could be the week.
Mito Pereira +4000
You never know what you are going to get with Pereira, but he finished 8th at Adelaide and his play seems to be on the way up.
