The Banker is not a real person but a virtual player who competes against the Player. The dealer passes two cards to the banker spot face-up. Much like the banker, the Player represents a virtual participant. The Player and Banker sides compete against each other to have the hand closest to nine points. At the end of the round, the hand that gets closest to nine is the winner. Each card is worth a certain number of points, based on the face value of the card.

The points of each hand are added up and no point total can go over nine. Any total point value of 10 or above, subtracts 10 from that number. For example, a point value of 10 would equal 0. If the player’s or the banker’s total is eight or nine on the deal, it is a natural and an immediate win. If one side is dealt eight points and the other gets nine then the side with nine gets the immediate win. is dealt nine, the side with nine points automatically wins. If either the player or the banker has five or fewer points after the deal then they have to hit and that is added to their total. If a side’s total equals six or more, they have to stay on that total. If either the player or banker has to draw an additional card then the hand that is closest to nine will win.

This bet pays 11-1 but to win the player must receive cards of the same rank on the deal.

Banker Pair

This is the same as the Player Pair bet but you are betting that the banker receives two of the same cards and it pays 11-1.

Either Pair

You can wager that either the player or banker will receive a pair on the deal and the wager pays 5-1.

Perfect Pair

This wager is that the player, the banker, or both will receive cards that are identical in terms of face value and suit on the deal. It pays 25-1 if one of them have it and 200-1 if they both have a perfect pair on the deal.

3-Card Win

This bet is wagering that it will take the player or the banker three cards to win the hand. It pays 4-1 on the player and 5-1 on the banker.
