The 2024 Presidents Cup begins on Thursday in Montreal with the United States team listed as a -280 favorite at Caesars against the International team. The Presidents Cup is held every two years and the competition has a team from the United States taking on a team of International players minus Europe. The U.S. team has dominated the competition, winning 12 of the previous 14 events. The Internationals have just one win and that came in 1998, while the teams tied in 2003. The event will be held at Royal Montreal for the first time since 2007 when the U.S. team won by a score of 19.5-14.5. This year’s U.S. team, which will be captained by Jim Furyk, is loaded with talent, led by the top two players in the world, Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele.
