Saturday, January 13 College Basketball Parlay

It is a big schedule of college basketball on Saturday, January 13, but somewhat surprisingly, there is only one matchup between top 25 teams. It is No. 9 Oklahoma visiting No. 3 Kansas with the game being shown on ESPN+. There are plenty of televised games on Saturday with action on FOX, CBS, ESPN and a bunch of other networks including FS1 and the CW. It may be time to start playing some round-robins with the three-team parlays I give out because I have hit two out of three on the parlays for three straight weeks. Or perhaps you may just want to play all three games each week. Regardless, let’s look at a three-team parlay for Saturday, January 13.

Saturday, January 13 College Basketball Parlay

Kent plus the points at Central Michigan

Kent is 8-7 on the season as they visit a Central Michigan team on Saturday that is 7-8. We may get a break on the pointspread in this one and be catching points which would be a bonus. I think Kent wins this one without any difficulty so I would even lay a few points if necessary.

Samford minus the points vs. VMI

You might not be aware that Samford is in the midst of a really good season. They started this week at 13-2 SU and 8-5 ATS. They have one of the top offenses in the country, as they are averaging nearly 90 points per game. It always helps your cause when you are laying points if you have a team with a potent offense and Samford has that. They take on a pathetic VMI team on Saturday. I’ll take Samford minus the points vs. VMI on Saturday.

Loyola Marymount minus the points vs. Pacific

Loyola Marymount is just 7-9 on the season but that is much better than a Pacific team that is just 2-8. There is no reason to think this one will be close, so I will lay the points with Marymount at home.
