On Thursday, November 30, 2023, the Dallas Cowboys of the NFC East will host the Seattle Seahawks of the NFC East at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. Kickoff time is 8:15 p.m. ET, with television coverage on Prime Video.
Last game, the Seattle Seahawks lost 31-13 against the San Francisco 49ers as 7-point home dogs. The game went over the total of 43. Seattle has a record of 6-5 straight up, 4-6-1 against the spread, and 5-6 over/under the total. Seattle ranks 21st for total offense, 17th for passing, 26th for rushing and 20th for scoring. Defensively, they rank 23rd overall, 22nd against the pass, 21st against the rush, and 22nd for points allowed. Also, Seattle ranks 11th for fewest turnovers lost and 16th for takeaways.
Seattle’s Geno Smith was playing banged up after leaving last Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the second half with an injury to his right arm near his elbow. He’ll have more bumps and bruises after the 49ers got finished with him.
Smith was 18 of 27 for 180 yards. He was sacked six times, threw an interception in the first half, and nearly had a few more throws picked off. The Seahawks’ first five possessions gained 15 total yards, and when Seattle tried to rally in the second half, Smith took a couple of untimely sacks.
Last game, the Dallas Cowboys won 45-10 against the Washington Commanders as 13.5-point home favorites. The game went over the total of 48. Dallas has a record of 8-3 straight up, 8-3 against the spread, and 7-4 over/under the total. Dallas ranks 5th for total offense, 5th for passing, 13th for rushing and 1st for scoring. Defensively, they rank 3rd overall, 2nd against the pass, 13th against the rush, and 4th for points allowed. Also, Dallas ranks 3rd for fewest turnovers lost and 11th for takeaways.
The Cowboys ended up tying a 55-year-old franchise record with a seventh victory by at least 20 points this season.
The outcome was already settled when DaRond Bland’s fifth pick-6 punctuated a 25-point fourth quarter – and interrupted Dak Prescott’s sideline turkey leg feast.
Prescott threw for 331 yards in his fifth consecutive game with at least two TD passes, one shy of his career best. Rico Dowdle, Brandin Cooks, and KaVontae Turpin had the other scoring grabs.
