MLB Same Game Parlay Picks, Odds & Predictions – Wednesday, June 21
June 20, 2023Massachusetts Bettors Take a Recent Beating
June 21, 2023Many of the world’s top golfers are at TPC River Highlands for this week’s Travelers Championship. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is listed as the favorite at BetRivers but it won’t be easy for him as seven of the world’s top ranked players are in the field. Normally after a major the field isn’t that strong, but since this is an elevated event with a prize purse of $20 million, many of the world’s top players are in the field. Last week’s U.S. Open winner Wyndham Clark is expected to be in the field, as is Rickie Fowler. I am coming off a rare bad week with the matchups at the U.S. Open. Let’s get back on track with Travelers Championship matchup picks.
Defending Champion: Xander Schauffele
Tournament Notes: TPC River Highlands is a short par 70 course that measures just 6,852 yards. The course has played under par in five straight years and last year the field averaged 69.4. Accuracy off the tee definitely helps this week as does scrambling and putting.

Homa, Max -115 vs, Clark, Wyndham
One of my go-to strategies over the years that has worked pretty well is to go against the previous week’s winner. I don’t know how Clark can be focused this week after winning the U.S. Open. And in this matchup, we get a player in Homa who I talked about in the picks article, as an excellent putter. I’ll take Homa in this matchup.
Homa, Max -129 vs. Lowry, Shane
I definitely like the chances of Homa this week. I mentioned in the previous matchup, that Homa is an excellent putter. He ranks 10th on the PGA Tour in total putting. Lowry has not had much success with his putter this season, as he ranks 141st on the PGA Tour. I’ll take Homa in this matchup.
Morikawa, Collin -120 vs. Henley, Russell
Another player I like this week is Morikawa who is coming off a tie for 14th last week. He was under par in each of the last three rounds. I know that Henley is playing pretty well and he has three top 20 finishes in this event, but Morikawa is the better player and we get a short price. I’ll take Morikawa in this matchup.
Harman, Brian -130 vs. Power, Seamus
Harman hasn’t been playing that great but that should change this week at TPC River Highlands where he has finished in the Top 10 four times in his last five trips with a scoring average of 67.44 in his last 18 rounds. This should be a good week for Harman and I’ll take him in this matchup against Power.
Putnam, Andrew +110 vs. Kim, Si Woo
I must be a glutton for punishment, as I go against Kim once again. This week I am taking Putnam at plus money. Putting is going to be extremely important this week and Putnam ranks 5th on the PGA Tour in total putting. Kim ranks 127th in putting. I’ll take Putnam at plus money.
