January 9, 2024Even with Travis Kelce sucking out bigtime, we had another monster week attacking the NFL player prop market by cashing some big best bet tickets in at Caesars Sportsbook! Kyren Williams fell short of his rushing yards prop, but he scored the game’s first touchdown and went for two more allowing us to cash +340 and +300 tickets. If not for CeeDee Lamb fumbling what would’ve been his second touchdown of the game through the end zone, we would’ve cashed his 2+ TD prop. However, the Cowboys WR1 still came up huge for us after going for a career-high 227 receiving yards on a whopping 13 receptions allowing us to cash +360 and +410 tickets on his alt receiving yard and reception props. Here’s to four straight weeks of sticking in the black with some Week 18 NFL player prop best bets – SLAM YOUR MAN!!
Bet Week 18 Player Props at Caesars Sportsbook
C.J. Stroud Over 259.5 Passing Yards -131 | 300+ Passing Yards +195 | 3+ Passing Touchdowns +300
The Texans control their own playoff destiny entering the Week 18 showdown with the Colts. Win and they’re in! Lose, and that’s a wrap. Regardless of how the game ultimately plays out at Caesars, I fully expect the C.J. Stroud to Nico Collins battery to go out with a bang one way or the other. The last time these two ran up against the Colts heavy zone scheme defense, they connected seven times for 146 yards and a touchdown. That was with Tank Dell still in the mix and Houston forced to battle back from a 28-10 halftime deficit.
While I expect the second meeting to play much closer than the first, I still except a heavy dose of the Texans passing game to put us in a position to cash in heavily on the soon to be named Offensive Rookie of the Year Award winner. Stroud torched Indy for 384 passing yards and 2 TD. Now a full game out of the concussion protocol, look for No. 7 to ball out and cap off an incredible bounceback season for the franchise by punching a ticket into the playoffs.
Justin Jefferson 125+ Receiving Yards +270 | 10+ Receptions +500 | 2+ Touchdowns +500
CeeDee Lamb was my wide receiver smash last week and he came through for us with flying colors. A few weeks back, I streamed Nick Mullens in the first round of my home league’s fantasy playoffs against these Lions to counter my opponent starting Justin Jefferson. Though Detroit sacked him four times and picked him off four times as well, the Vikings QB1 still went on to throw for 411 yards and a pair of touchdown strikes. Minnesota enters this tilt needing a win at all costs.
Knowing full well the defense won’t have much of a chance to limit what Detroit wants to do offensively considering the Lions racked up 389 total yards of offense and scored tuddies on all but one of their red zone appearances, Minny knows it must hang a crooked number to have a shot. With that, I’m all-in on JJ to go HAM knowing full well he just lit this defense up for 141 receiving yards and a touchdown after hauling in six of ten targets. With T.J. Hockenson now out of the mix and Detroit still marching that same poverty secondary onto the gridiron, there will be more opportunity for No. 18 to erupt and do his part to keep the Vikings competitive throughout.
Rachaad White Over 70.5 Rushing Yards -117 | Rachaad White 100+ Rushing Yards +260 | First Touchdown Scorer +360 | 2+ Touchdowns +400
Here I go picking on the Carolina Panthers run defense once again! Per “The Edge” at The33rdTeam, only the Giants, Broncos, and Cardinals have conceded more rushing yardage to opposing ball carriers than that of the NFC South cellar dwellers. Travis Etienne just ripped this unit for 102 yards and two saunters into the end zone to get the Jaguars back into the win column. If Tampa Bay is to punch a ticket to the second season, this game must be won at all costs. With Baker Mayfield banged up and Carolina actually in possession of a better than average pass defense that held Tampa to 202 passing yards and one touchdown in the Week 13 standoff, I expect Rachaad White to be heavily utilized right from the offense’s first possession.
No. 1 has been awfully quiet over the last two weeks combining for 81 yards and a touchdown on 31 total carries against the Jaguars and Saints. He hooked us up in his first run-in with the Panthers scoring the game’s first touchdown to cash us a nice ticket at Caesars Sportsbook before finishing the game with 106 scrimmage yards to exceed his combo yardage prop as well. With that, I have no reservations about going back to the well and expect him to do us one better going off as the focal point of the Bucs offensive attack with a playoff bid on the line.
