2022 League of Legends World Championship Group Stage Betting Preview
September 27, 2022NFL Week 4 Teaser Picks
September 27, 2022Week 4 of the NFL season is upon us, and the weekend slate gives fans a mix of interesting matchups. Last week’s parlay hit two of three games. The Ravens and Bears did their part, but a Bills loss to the Dolphins killed the play. Despite outgaining Miami by nearly 300 yards, Buffalo fell in a close one, 21-19. It’s not often you rack up 500 yards of offense while holding your opponent to less than 215 total yards and lose, but that was the case on Sunday.
BetMaker will now take a look at Week 4, giving three more games to group in a parlay. This week, we’re looking at a trio of AFC North matchups, picking two of those divisional teams to land wins. Our parlay includes the Browns, Bengals, and Jets.

Cleveland Browns (-2.5) vs. Atlanta Falcons
Cleveland is one inexcusable fourth-quarter breakdown from being 3-0 on the year. The Browns have sandwiched wins over the Steelers and Panthers around a loss to the Jets. That defeat to New York saw Cleveland surrender a 13-point lead in the final minute and a half of play to fall, 31-30.
This week, they’ll travel to Atlanta in hopes of extending their winning streak to two games. Cleveland possesses one of the top running games in the NFL, and it will be sure to travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday. The duo of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt rushed for 160 yards in last week’s win over Pittsburgh, and quarterback Jacoby Brissett has done just enough this year under center.
Atlanta did pick up its first win of the season last weekend against the Seahawks, but they’ll be overmatched on Sunday. The Falcons’ defense is allowing just under 400 yards per game, and they won’t have the front to stop the rushing attack. Despite playing on the road, we’re backing the Browns to pick up a win and cover the 2.5-point spread.
The Pick: CLEVELAND BROWNS (-2.5)
New York Jets (+4) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers and Jets will face off in a matchup that features two teams likely to finish near the bottom of their respective divisions. The Steelers picked up a surprising Week 1 win against the Bengals, but they’ve since dropped two straight. The offense has been pitiful, having scored just four touchdowns this year.
The Jets also enter at 1-2, which could easily be 0-3 if not for that miraculous comeback mentioned earlier against the Browns. The offense has been a bit better, though they’ve been held to 12 points or fewer in two of three games.
With the inability to move the ball on offense, we expect the game to stay close. Neither team has given a reason to think they’ll break out of the funk this week, but the Jets have at least shown the potential to put points on the board (31 pts vs. CLE). We think New York can keep this game within a field goal.
The Pick: NEW YORK JETS (+4)
Cincinnati Bengals (-3) vs. Miami Dolphins
The Bengals and Dolphins face off on Thursday night in what should be an exciting opening matchup. Miami enters at 3-0, having picked up impressive wins over the Bills, Patriots, and Ravens. Cincinnati, meanwhile, comes in at 1-2 with a win over the Jets and losses to the Steelers and Cowboys.
Those records can be deceiving though. Despite coming in undefeated, the Dolphins enter this matchup as three-point underdogs. In their most recent game, they were doubled up in yardage but somehow escaped with a two-point win over Buffalo. The week prior, they overcame a three-touchdown second-half deficit to upset the Ravens.
While the record remains spotless, if you replayed those scenarios, the Dolphins are likely 1-2 nine out of ten times.
The Bengals, meanwhile, bring one of the NFL’s top offensive units to the field. Joe Burrow finally got things going last week against the Jets after struggling in his first two starts. Those Cincinnati playmakers took advantage with Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins, and JaMarr Chase all getting their share of targets. Expect more of the same on Thursday when facing a Dolphins defense that hasn’t applied much pressure to the quarterback. Back Cincy to cover three points.
The Pick: CINCINNATI BENGALS (-3)
